PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load in detecting infection of computer viruses by reducing working load of creation of a database for detecting the infection of the computer viruses. SOLUTION: A computer 200 previously stores a list of each program can be activated for controlling MPF 100, checks each program activated by the computer 200, and determines the program not included in the list from among programs being activated as an unauthorized program caused by the computer viruses.
