PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television terminal equipment capable of predicting the possibility of viewing of a program based on a user's action pattern. SOLUTION: In a television terminal equipment 10, a predicting part 62 predicts the receiving state of broadcast signals in the future based on the radiowave environment data generated based on the action pattern of a user. A display processor 30 reflects the prediction result on a program table which is displayed on a display 32. The user can judge the possibility of viewing a program only by seeing the program table, and can implement measures for viewing the program, such as instructing reservation for the program and moving to a place other than a normal place.
