PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite powder providing a natural and beautiful finish by correcting the roughness and the color defect of the skin by being formulated with a cosmetic; to provide the cosmetic formulated with powder; and to provide a method for producing the composite powder. SOLUTION: The composite powder comprises a base powder and spherical barium sulfate particles attached to the surface of the base powder like protrusions, and having 0.5-5.0μm number average particle diameters.
