PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a customer cannot find what to do after completion of fuel feed when an fuel feed nozzle is moved after completion of fuel feed. SOLUTION: A fuel feeding device 16 informs an operation guide from a speaker 60 when a person detection signal is output from a person detection sensor 46. In a control circuit 36 of the fuel feeding device 16, when a nozzle unhooking signal is input after completion of fuel feed, an announcement "Return the nozzle to a nozzle hook." is given from the speaker 60. Interruption of the audible guide is prevented while ensuring the elapse of time before the audible guide is announced from the speaker 60 and ended. Further, when an fuel feed nozzle 30 once hooked on a nozzle hook 32 is unhooked again from the nozzle hook 32, an audible guide "Return the nozzle to the nozzle hook." is given in S36 to instruct an operator (a customer) not to perform unnecessary operation.
