PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating cooker which can detect the boiling of the cooked object in good precision by distinguishing the vibration of the pot accompanying the heating of the cooking object and the vibration caused by other disturbance in good precision. SOLUTION: The cooker comprises a top plate 2 for mounting a pot 4 for housing the cooked object, a heating means 3 for heating the cooked object in the pot 4 through the top plate 2, a vibration sensor 5 for detecting the vibration of the pot 4, a smoothing circuit 12 for smoothing the output of the vibration sensor 5, and a judgment processing part 16 which judges that the output of the vibration sensor 5 is an output caused by a disturbance other than the vibration of the pot accompanying its heating when the output value of the vibration sensor 5 is larger than the output value of the smoothing circuit 12 by a prescribed value or more.When the output of the smoothing circuit 12 changes from increase to decrease or becomes constant, the cooker compares the output value of the vibration sensor 5 and the output value of the smoothing circuit 12 and judges the boiling of the cooked object.
