PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method of a rail bond terminal, implemented by quiet work, reducing the work amount, simplifying the work, preventing deterioration of work to attain uniform quality, and preventing uneven positioning of impressions. SOLUTION: This welding method of a rail bond terminal includes: a process of welding a rail bond terminal 8 to a rail by a copper thermit welding; and a process of pressuring the vicinity of the peripheral edge part of the rail bond terminal 8 welded to a rail 10 by the process of welding by the copper thermit welding by a hydraulic cylinder 11 without hammering.
