PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film which has remarkable characteristics of a twist fixing property and a dead hold property, in particular, out of the excellent characteristics that cellophane has, and further has the transparency, heat resistance, moistureproofness, an aroma-keeping property, etc. that are the excellent characteristics of a polyester film, in addition, and to provide the film which has processability as well. SOLUTION: This oriented polyester film is formed by stacking a polyester resin layer (B) of a crystalline polyester of one or more and an amorphous polyester of one or more on at least one side of a polyester resin layer (A).
