PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated battery having a sealing part structure capable of preventing protrusion of a resin at sealing of a top sealing part or a side sealing part of an outer package by a laminated body. SOLUTION: For the laminated battery 10 packaging with a laminated body 20 a wound-round electrode body 16 winding round a positive electrode coated with a positive electrode mixture containing a positive electrode active material storing and discharging lithium ions on a metal core body foil, and a negative electrode coated with a negative electrode mixture containing a negative electrode active material storing and discharging lithium ion on the metal core body foil with an interposition of a separator, the top sealing part 22 of the laminated body is formed over a whole length in the width direction of the laminated battery 10.
