PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head which suitably uses a plurality of colorants different in using conditions including using frequencies and using amounts, and efficiently controls ejection amounts of the respective colorants superposed on a recording medium, and to provide a recording device equipped with the recording head. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the recording head, a nozzle formation surface of each normal ink tank 12a, in which a nozzle 11a is formed, makes up a larger area than a nozzle formation surface of each fluorescent ink tank 12b, in which a nozzle 11b is formed. The normal ink tanks 12a are arranged in parallel with a recording head moving direction, and the fluorescent ink tanks 12b are arranged in parallel with a recording medium transfer direction.
