PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a remote-controlled light receiving unit while maintaining a shielding effect, and to reduce thermal stress to be imposed on a resin molding section and molded components. SOLUTION: The hook of a shield case 21 is eliminated which is established for the remote-controlled light receiving unit 1 to stand by itself, and a soldering section 22 on the shield case side which is extended from the shield case 21 is connected by soldering to a soldering section 15 on the GND lead side of a GND lead 12. In this case, the soldering section 22 on the shield case side is soldered to the soldering section 15 on the GND lead side with a little gap formed between them. A connection 24 between a main body 23 of the shield case 21 and the soldering section 22 on the shield case side is formed narrower than the soldering section 22 on the shield case side, and a part 16 of the GND lead between the resin mold 14 and the soldering section 15 on the GND lead side is also formed narrow.
