PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively estimate analytic errors made in an analysis result based on a finite element method due to the geometric distortion of an element used for analyzing the deformation of an object by the finite element method while approximately expressing the shape of the object. SOLUTION: A deformation mode (a deformation mode value j in S201) generated to the element when the object is deformed is assumed as at least one of tension, bending, shearing and torsion, and the analytic error caused by the distortion is estimated as a strain energy error Ee on each assumed deformation mode, in relation to an aspect ratio A, a degree of warp W, a degree of inclination S, and a degree of trapezoid T, which are the distortion of the element (S202-S208).
