PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual type torque wrench capable of precisely measuring the torque value while keeping directing a display board displaying the torque value of the bolt and screw or the like to the front of the operator. SOLUTION: The manual type torque wrench 1 comprises an approximately cylindrical head 2a fixed with a screw from the upper part of the washer 2e on the upper surface, a wrench part 2 provided on the head, and consists of an annular metal bearing of a connecting member and a fitting member 5 having a locking screw, a turnable built-in battery 10 cylindrical grip part 3 having a recess part on the upper part, and the display board 4 which can display the torque value measured with the wrench part on the display screen and is fixed to the recess part of the grip part.
