A personal flush control system for toilets is disclosed by using a Water Diverter Valve incorporated with the water supply valves and water discharge valves in a Toilet Reservoir Tank. The Diverter Valve while engaged by the flush lever assembly will stop water from entering a toilet bowl on a flushed toilet, there by stopping an overflow of water from the toilet bowl of an obstructed toilet waist drain. A Diverter Valve when engaged would divert the water used for refilling the toilet bowl to a separate tube directing a stream of water on the top surface of a tripped open flapper valve while the toilet is being flushed thereby forcing the flapper valve to close thus stopping the flow of water to the toilet bowl and eliminating the water from overflowing to the floor. The diverter control can also be used to control the amount of water entering the bowl for easier cleaning by having less water in the bowl. The Diverter System will control the water and make a half flush cycle when there are no solids in the bowl, still another embodiment will be to close a dump valve flapper if stuck open thus conserving water. The SAID flush control system embodies a diverter valve for diverting water from a bowl fill operation to a different operation for closing an open dump valve for a new improvement for toilets.
