PURPOSE: A plating basket is provided to enable sludge to easily flow down through the holes by perforating holes on the bottom of the basket and adjust length of the basket correspondingly to depth of plating pot. CONSTITUTION: In a basket(30) used in plating, the basket is characterized in that length of the basket varies correspondingly to depth of plating pot by perforating holes(60) on left and right sides of the basket and on basket holder, thereby clamping the basket and the basket holder using bolts, wherein the holes are perforated on the bottom of the basket so that sludge(50) produced after performing plating operation is discharged through the holes and accumulated on a fibrous bag(40) surrounded on the circumference of the basket.
