<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deciding method and device for the order of operations, and a computer program thereof, capable of effectively generating energy and promoting prevention of global warming. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of a relation between the generated amount of energy such as electric power generated by a plurality of energy-generating facilities such as generators and the amount of a discharged substance such as carbon dioxide emitted along with energy generation, the order of operation for each of the plurality of energy generation facilities is determined so that the amount of the discharged substance is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
