<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anaerobic treatment method for waste water for efficiently producing acid in an acid producing process greatly involved in a methane producing process. <P>SOLUTION: In the anaerobic treatment method for sugar-based waste water, a microorganism group is used for beer brewery waste water adjusted in an adjustment tank 1, the microorganism group containing the genus Klebsiella and genus Streptococcus as main microorganisms and suitable to sugar-based liquid like the waste water discharged in a beer producing process. An acid producing tank 2 is maintained at pH6-8 and 30-45°C, suitable to acid production by the above microorganism to produce acid. Thus, the acid can be efficiently produced in the acid producing tank 2, and methane fermentation in a methane fermentation tank 3 which is largely affected by an amount of acid production in the acid producing tank 2 can be efficiently performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
