<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved ammonia recovery system for odor gas as an ordinary livestock waste treatment method only includes a process for generating methane by fermentation of the livestock waste, a process for recovering methane by desulfurization of the methane and an ammonia recovery process without having a recovery means of concentrated ammonia. <P>SOLUTION: This ammonia recovery system for odor gas in a poultry house is provided with an absorbing tower 1, an evaporating tower 2, a concentrating tower 3, an ammonia water storage tank 4, an odor gas introduction system 6 introducing an odor gas A to the absorbing tower, a make-up water introduction system 8 introducing a make-up water B to an absorbing tower spray means 1a, an absorbing water circulation system 11 connecting the absorbing tower with an evaporating tower means 2a, a vaporized gas introduction system 13 connecting the evaporating tower with the concentrating tower, a concentrating circulation system 15 connecting the concentrating tower with a concentrating tower spray means 3a, an ammonia water storage tank 16 connecting the concentrating circulation system with the ammonia water storage tank, a re-circulation system 18 connecting the concentrating tower with the make-up water introduction system and an exhaust system 20 connecting the absorbing tower with a deodorizer C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
