PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to operate a steering operation means with one hand along with watching forward in the state of sitting on a driver's seat, and to enable the operator to easily operate a working-device operating means with the other hand. SOLUTION: In this traveling vehicle, the steering operation means and the driver's seat are arranged in a driving section at a longitudinal interval; a crosswise communicating passage for getting on and off the vehicle is formed between the steering operation means and the driver's seat; and the working-device operating mean is arranged near one side of the steering operation means. The position of the working-device operating means can be shifted between a use position to advance to the passage for getting on and off the vehicle, toward the side of the driver's seat, and a nonuse position to retreat from the passage for getting on and off the vehicle.
