PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ring a coming-home tone from a speaker of a living room master unit and to display a coming-home monitor button to a monitor with touch panel in the living room master unit for a specified period of time when a resident is identified by a resident identification part. SOLUTION: The system is constituted by a condominium entrance unit 1 with a camera which has a camera 11 provided at an entrance of the condominium, living room master units 3a and 3b provided to the living room and having a monitor 34 with touch panel, and a control unit 7 for controlling the condominium entrance unit with the camera and the living room master units. Then, the condominium entrance unit with the camera juxtaposes or incorporates a resident identification part 12 for identifying the residents of the condominium. The living room master unit is equipped with a coming-home tone memory for ringing the preset coming-home tone from a speaker 32 when the resident is identified by the resident identification part; and an image memory for displaying the coming-home monitor button, which can be monitored for a specified period of time from when the resident is identified by the resident identification part and is for activating the camera of the condominium entrance unit with the camera, to the monitor 34 with touch panel.
