<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for automatically making a call in response to a customer compatible job that can automatically make a contact with a sales point without the need for intermediation of an operator at that point of time when the customer compatible job needing urgency arrived in a call center and allows the operator to quickly transit to a waiting state of a succeeding customer. <P>SOLUTION: In a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) system comprising: a plurality of reception telephone sets 8, 9, 10 connected to a private branch exchange 1; an incoming call distributor 1A for automatically distributing incoming calls to the reception telephone sets; a reception job management apparatus 3 for applying reception processing to a request from a customer; and a plurality of reception terminals 5, 6, 7 installed corresponding to the reception telephone sets, the apparatus for automatically making a call in response to a customer compatible job is provided with a job data generating means for generating the customer request caused from a speech with the customer as customer compatible job data; and an automatic voice response apparatus 2 for automatically making a call to inform a department in charge about the customer compatible job data generated by the job data generating means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
