PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make side walls hard to fall against shaft directional input of an inner cylinder without thickening these side walls when arranging the side walls opposed to the shaft directional both ends of an inner cylinder in an insulator by providing inner-outer cylinders and the insulator for connecting these cylinders. SOLUTION: An engine mount 10 has the inner cylinder 11, the outer cylinder 12, and the insulator 13 for connecting these cylinders, and the insulator 13 has a pair of side walls 15 on the shaft directional both end sides of the outer cylinder 12. The insulator 13 is formed in a substantially conical shape, and the pair of side walls 15 positioned in the shaft direction of the inner cylinder 11 form an inclined face mutually converging toward a top part 17. The top part 17 is positioned in a shaft directional intermediate part of the inner cylinder 11, and the left-right side walls 15 mutually incline inward, and become hard to fall by strutting to the shaft directional input.
