PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for optimally injecting a lubricant into bearing clearance. SOLUTION: This method injects the lubricant into the bearing clearance between a shaft and a shaft mount of a hydrodynamic pressure bearing, and controls and injects a lubricant droplet into at least one of a bearing clearance area between the shaft and the shaft mount (a bearing sleeve) and an area hydraulically operatively related to the bearing clearance.
