PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip easily formable with a simple structure by detachably installing an installing member having no many openings on a mating member. SOLUTION: This clip is held by the installing member, and detachably locks the installing member on an opening of the mating member, and is composed of a cross-sectional substantially U-shaped gripping part for gripping an end part of the installing member, a locking part locked on the mating member by projecting toward the mating member from the gripping part, and the free end operable from the installing member side by extending over the gripping part from the locking part.
