PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device for a roller bearing for maintaining superior sealability over a long period even in a high temperature environment by reducing abrasion of a bearing ring side peripheral step part slidingly contacting with a lip part of a seal part while using a fluororesin superior in heat resistance for a material of the seal member for constituting the sealing device. SOLUTION: The seal member 5 for sealing an annular space of the roller bearing is formed by using a resin material including a filler being 10 to 60 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the fluororesin, and whose 25 to 75 wt.% in this filler is a first filler having Moh's hardness of 6 to 8, and whose residue is a second filler having Moh's hardness less than 6. This constitution can maintain the superior sealability over a long period by reducing abrasion in both of the lip part 5b of the mutually slidingly contacting seal member 5 and a peripheral step part side surface 1t of an inner race 1 even in the rolling bearing for rotating at a high speed in the high temperature environment.
