PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can change its resonance frequency so as to follow the frequency of an input vibration by a simple structure. SOLUTION: One end of a lever 2 is pivotally supported by a supporting point 5. The other free end 7 of the lever 2 is supported by a damping spring 6. The free end 7 of the lever 2 is lifted so as to form a tilting angleθ. A mass 3 is mounted on the lever 2 so as to slide. The mass 3 and the damping spring 6 compose a dynamic damper 1. When vibration is inputted to the free end 7, the mass 3 moves up to a point where a centrifugal force F is balanced with a force G due to gravity acting on the mass 3 downward. As a result, the resonance frequency of the dynamic damper 1 is automatically changed to follow the frequency corresponding to that of the input vibration. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
