PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system of an internal combustion engine for supplying emulsion fuel to the fuel injection nozzle of the internal combustion engine without providing any large-scale apparatus for mixing a plurality of fuels and liquid, such as water and a tank for storing the emulsion fuel after the mixture. SOLUTION: A valve 22 whose opening/closing can be controlled by a control section 10, and a sensor 23 for detecting the flow rate of a single fuel are arranged at piping 21 for interlocking a fuel tank 2 to a micro mixer 11. A valve 32 whose opening/closing can be controlled by the control section 10, and a sensor 33 for detecting the flow rate of water are arranged at piping 31 for interlocking a water tank 3 to the micro mixer 11. The single fuel and water force-fed to the micro mixer 11 are instantly emulsified in the micro mixer 11 to become a water emulsion fuel, and is injected from a fuel injection nozzle 1 to a combustion chamber 13.
