PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving device for a working apparatus, facilitating traveling of a working truck even if the device is installed on the working truck moved along a flange of a structural material of a high level structure. SOLUTION: An elevating apparatus 4 is provided in a combination with an elevating pole 5 on the working truck 1 for a high level structure moved along the flange of the structural material of the high level structure to elevate the working apparatus 6. The elevating apparatus 4 includes: upper and lower two sets of four guide rollers 11 for guiding the elevating movement of the elevating pole 5 supporting the working apparatus while regulating the rotation around the axis of the elevating pole 5; a motor 13 with a speed reducer, for driving to rotate a driving roller 12 brought into frictional engagement with the elevating pole 5 to thereby elevate the elevating pole 5, and braking the driving roller 12 to keep the elevating pole 5 in a predetermined position; and a driving roller pressing mechanism 14 for pressing the driving roller 12 to the elevating pole 5 to control the pressing force, bringing the driving roller 12 into frictional engagement with the elevating pole 5, and simultaneously supporting the driving roller 12 and two sets of guide rollers 11 from the opposite sides.
