PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based one-pack type floor coating material composition excellent in solvent resistance and surface hardness. SOLUTION: The water-based one-pack type floor coating material composition uses as a binder an emulsion of a multilayered structure which comprises at least two layers consisting of a core layer and a shell layer wherein the core layer comprises an acrylic resin; the shell layer comprises a urethane resin; the glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin is 50°C-130°C; and a weight ratio of the core layer to the shell layer is 100:1-60.
