PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a water-in-oil type makeup cosmetic having excellent stability and sense of use (lightness and smoothness in spreading), providing refrigerant feeling to the skin, and having moist feeling lasting for a long period. SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type makeup cosmetic contains the following components (A) to (C): (A) 10-80 mass% oily component containing≥25 mass% di(2-ethylhexyl) succinate; (B) 10-70 mass% aqueous component; and (C) 10-80 mass% powder component containing at least one or more kinds of spherical powders.
