PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the easy adjustment of the gaps between guide bars guiding the packaging articles to cases in response to respective widths of the packaging articles. SOLUTION: The guide bars 40, which guide the packaging articles A to the cases K<SB>1</SB>transferred by a case transfer conveyor 1, are arranged at every identical distance on an article transfer conveyor 10, which is formed of first conveyors 11a and second conveyors 11b, both conveyors arranged in rows. Each guide bars 40 is composed of a fixed guide 40a and a movable guide 40b, and the fixed guide 40a is fixed to a transfer belt 13 of the first conveyor 11a while the movable guide 40b is fixed to a transfer belt 13 of the second conveyor 11b, respectively. The transfer belt 13 of the second conveyor 11b is moved relatively to the transfer belt 13 of the first conveyor 11a to move the movable guides 40b to adjust the gaps between the guide bars 40.
