PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that fuel feed information set by a preliminary operation is canceled by moving a fuel feed nozzle before fuel feed is completed. SOLUTION: A control circuit 36 of a fuel feeding device informs an operation guide from a speaker 60 when a person detection signal is output from a person detection sensor 46. In the control circuit 36, the program determines that the fuel feed operation is interrupted, and returns to S15 when an oil feed nozzle is returned to a nozzle hook by some reasons after the fuel feed nozzle is unhooked from the nozzle hook before an operator starts fuel feed, and the operation before S15 (touch on a static electricity removal sheet 62 is omitted in the embodiment). Therefore, even when the same operator returns the fuel feed nozzle 30 to the nozzle hook 32 before the fuel feed is started, the operation guide that the operation performed before starting the fuel feed must be performed again need not performed, and the operator can rapidly perform operation before fuel feed.
