PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate required support strength to a predetermined load and to exhibit required load absorption performance when it exceeds a predetermined load. SOLUTION: The arm rest 2 is provided with a support part 3; and an arm rest part 5 turnably mounted on an upper end of the support part 3 from the approximately horizontal state directed to a front side to the approximately vertical state. The support part 3 has a base part 31 at a console part 1 side; and a pillar part 32 at the arm rest part 5 side.
