PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body including a layer formed of a polymer composition excellent in damage resistance, abrasion resistance, and flexibility or the like. SOLUTION: The laminated body has the following characteristics. (I) A layer is formed of the polymer composition including (a) a block copolymer with a weight average molecular weight of 30,000-200,000 having a polymer block A essentially containingα-methyl styrene and a polymer block B which is composed of conjugated diene or isobutylene and which may be hydrogenated, (b) an acrylic resin, and (c) a softener at a compounding ratio (a mass ratio) of satisfying formulas (1) and (2). (II) A layer is formed of the other materials. The laminated body includes the (I) layer and the (II) layer. Here, in the formulas, Wa, Wb, and Wc represent the content (the mass) of each component of the block copolymer (a), the acrylic resin (b), and the softener (c) constituting the polymer composition (I).
