PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press-fit and fix a shaft in one process, to save labor in equipment, costs and tact time. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a body 2, a heating body 3, and a press-fit body 4. The body 2 is cylindrical and fixed to the bottom surface of the base 5 with bolts 6 or the like. The base 5 is vertically moved by the drive of an air press device, and the body 2 moves forward and backward toward a case 100 and a shaft 101. The heating body 3 is heated by a thermocouple 7 and a heater 9, and mounted coaxially to the tip end part of the body 2 by a fastening means of bolts 8 or the like. The press-fit body 4 is axially slidably mounted to the inside of the body 2, and normally, a small diameter part 4b of the tip end slightly projects forward from the heating body 3.
