PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a given applicator which deals with various sorts of liquids with at least a group of fibers including a binary system fiber that is fixed on a given handle and at least one end of the relevant handle. SOLUTION: The above-mentioned wound fiber has a constant density of about 0.1 g/cm<SP>3</SP>to about 0.8 g/cm<SP>3</SP>.
