PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for cooking octopus cakes of different shapes for enjoying appearance and eating feeling by making cooking molds elliptic, square, rectangular and triangular in addition to circular. SOLUTION: A plurality of cooking molds 4 are provided on a rectangular plate surface 3 having a shallow edge 2 on its circumference. The plane shapes of the cooking molds 4 are differentiated in the order of a circular recessed parts 5, elliptic recessed parts 6, a square recessed parts 7, rectangular recessed parts 8 and triangular recessed parts 9 every strings from one edge. The bottom surface of any cooking mold 4 is formed to be a circular bottom like a circular arc. Thus, the plate 1 can cook the octopus cakes of different shapes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
