An energy-saving display in which a three-dimensional highly visual picture can be formed in a member made of a transparent material, and which can be used in any place and has a high efficiency of light input into the member. A display comprises a display body (2) made of a transparent material and having a light emission surface (5) and a light reflective portion (6) provided in the display body (2). The light reflective portion (6) is composed of three-dimensionally arranged cavities (7) in the display body. When light enters the display body (2), the light is irregularly reflected by the cavities (7), and reflected light emerges through the light emission surface. Therefore, the cavities (7) looks like shining inside the display body (2) and therefore, a picture of high visibility can be formed in the member. |
