A massaging device comprises a footrest (8) having leg support members (15, 16) which are provided with lower leg disposing grooves (15a, 16a) for disposing the lower legs of the user and which are rotatable peripherally of the lower leg disposing grooves (15a, 16a), and air bags (27, 28) for rotating the leg support members (15, 16) peripherally of the lower leg disposing grooves (15a, 16a). Further, the massaging device comprises air bags (19-22) disposed in the lower leg disposing grooves (15a, 16a), an air supply-discharge means (35) which actuates the air bags (19-22) to give a massage to the lower legs, and an arithmetic control circuit (36) for operation control of the air bags (27, 28) and air supply-discharge means (35). While actuating the air bags (27, 28) to rotate the leg support members (15, 16) peripherally of the lower leg disposing grooves (15a, 16a), this arithmetic control circuit (36) is adapted to actuate the air supply-discharge means (35) to cause the air bags (19-22) to massage the lower legs.
