PURPOSE: Provided is a process for pretreating boiled fish paste to prevent the loss of fish meat, improve the taste of boiled fish paste, and increase efficiency of waste water disposal which prevents the loss of fish meat, improves the taste of boiled fish paste, and increases efficiency of waste water disposal. CONSTITUTION: The process for pretreating boiled fish paste is characterized by supplying fine powder type of fish meat contained in the washing water to be wasted to a fish meat recovering apparatus. As recovering high quality fish meat, the loss of fish meat is prevented and the efficiency of waste water disposal is increased.
