PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a luminescent banner is provided to show a particular design of a banner at night by coating uniformly a reflective material on a surface of the banner. CONSTITUTION: A particular design is formed on a surface of a banner by using an adhesive dye(S3). The banner having the particular design is loaded into a transfer unit of a banner fabrication system. A reflective material is adhered on the adhesive dye by using an injector for injecting the reflective material(S5). The adhesive dye including the reflective material is hardened by using a hardener(S6). The banner coated with the adhesive dye and the reflective material is discharged from the banner fabrication system.
