<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a transgenic animal for producing heterogene by using the manifestation control region of mC26 gene. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises a technology which comprises producing a recombinant DNA inserted heterogene in an expression cassette by using a part of structural gene coding mC26 protein and a DNA fragment containing manifestation control region of the gene as the expression cassette, inserting the recombinant DNA in expression vector of colon bacillus and the like and producing the transgenic animal by using the vector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
