<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scuff-resistant resin plate which is suitable for a display window protecting plate of a portable information terminal and has both transparency and scratch resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The scratch-resistant resin plate is formed of a resin base and a cured coat formed on the surface of the base, and the cured coat is constituted of a composition which comprises an activation energy ray curable compound of 100 pts.wt. and silicone oil of 0.1-1 pts.wt. and is cured by irradiation with activation energy.
