ILLUMINATION CONTROL DEVICE AND LIGHTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured illumination control device capable of illuminating an illumination area with a target illuminance even if peculiar external light exists, and a lighting system.

SOLUTION: This illumination control device 5 operates an illuminance value by external light in an illuminated area 11 from an illuminance value input in an illuminance input means 20, and is provided with an external light level operating means 21 to correct an illuminance value by reflected light from areas other than the illuminated area 11 in relation to the illuminance value by the external light, and a control means 28 to control the dimming rate of an illumination load 9 so that an illuminance value by a luminaire 3 in the illuminated area 11 comes to a value obtained by deducting the illuminance value by the external light which has been operated and corrected by the external light level operating means 21 from a predetermined target illuminance.
