<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the lifetime is extremely shortened since rewrite occurs and concentrates on a certain location every time data write access occurs. <P>SOLUTION: When a write request from a processor is a rewrite request for a logical sector where data have already been written, this system adds an increment of preliminarily determined constant value toward a physical sector corresponding to the logical sector to which the processor has made the write request (step b), and writes data accompanying the write request from the processor in another physical sector where data are not written yet (step c). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
