PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a biodegradable cellulose molding simply at a low cost by using corn cob meal, which has been discarded so far, as a raw material. SOLUTION: The method for producing the cellulose molding includes a molding process in which the corn cob meal, after being steamed in a pressure vessel of 150-250°C and 20-29 MPa, is filtered with a filter to obtain a solid, and the solid is molded.
