PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow air exhaust device capable of simply adjusting opening formation timing and capable of altering and adjusting the same even during the operation of a blow molding machine. SOLUTION: The blow air exhaust device in the blow molding machine is constituted such that a material is supplied to a mold from a material supply part and, after air is blown against the material in a mold clamped state to mold a molded product having a predetermined shape, an opening is formed to a part of the molded product to exhaust the air in the molded product. The blow air exhaust device has the exhaust hole 225 formed to a mold 220, a valve means 232 for opening and closing the exhaust hole 225 and a control means for controlling the opening timing of the exhaust hole 225 by the valve means 232.
