PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet excellent in dimensional stability and capable of being subjected to curved surface processing. SOLUTION: This surface layer is formed so as to constitute the surface of the decorative sheet and has a first layer constituted of a base material having stretchable properties and a first resin composition, a second layer constituted of the base material having stretchable properties and a second resin composition and the decorative paper layer provided between the first and second layers. Further, the decorative sheet is constituted of the surface layer and the core layer provided on the single side of the surface layer and manufactured by superposing the surface layer and the core layer one upon another to heat them under pressure.
