PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively avoid degradation in visibility due to vibration in a car navigation system and an image display method for vehicle equipment, for example, by applying to an image display device portable to indoors by removing them from the vehicle. SOLUTION: The car navigation system is constituted so as to change the display position of a static image by following the displacement of the eye point of a user to the display screen, due to vibration.
