PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dicarboxylic acid-calcium phosphate composite compound for reinforcing a resin in order to afford a resin composition having excellent toughness, further high strength, rigidity and heat resistance and excellent barrier properties as industrial materials such as various mechanical industrial parts or electrical and electronic parts. SOLUTION: The dicarboxylic acid-calcium phosphate composite compound for reinforcing the resin is composed of a dicarboxylic acid and calcium phosphate.
