PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior facing building material from which a fouling resulting from a sealing material does not scatter and to provide its antifouling method. SOLUTION: The exterior facing material is provided with a building material and a silicone sealing material disposed in the periphery of the building material. An elution preventive layer is formed at the surface of the silicone sealing material. A photocatalyst layer is formed on the surface of the exterior facing material. Further, a surface layer including at least one selected from a group composed of aluminium oxide, zirconium oxide, silicon oxide and photocatalyst particles is formed in the vicinity of the silicone sealing material.
